Empowerbility: A community impact project that engages businesses to hire differently-abled adults for warehouse roles, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workforce. We will engage 28 businesses in the summit and we hope that with the training of adult learners from Institute of Technical Education and with the technology support of BOON SOFTWARE, Symphony and Zebra Technologies we increase the confidence of our business to hire our learners.
