ASEAN Next-Gen Mentoring

Global Supply Chain Leadership Alliance ASEAN Next-Gen Mentoring Program

Purpose of Our Mentoring Program: The ASEAN Next-Gen Mentoring Program is a transformative journey of growth, learning and leadership in the dynamic world of supply chain and logistics. Situated in the rapidly growing and emerging economies of the ASEAN region, our 11-week mentoring program is tailored to empower and nurture youths to be the next generation of industry leaders.

Participants will receive targeted career guidance, gaining invaluable insights into navigating the complexities of the supply chain and logistics sector. Through direct exposure to seasoned professionals, they will acquire practical advice on career development, industry trends, and effective leadership strategies. Additionally, the program offers a unique opportunity to form meaningful, long-lasting connections with mentors and like-minded peers, facilitating a robust professional network.

Our program also emphasizes the importance of cross-cultural perspectives, essential for success in the interconnected ASEAN market. Understanding diverse cultural contexts enhances participants’ ability to collaborate effectively and innovate within a global framework. Strategically located, ASEAN serves as a major trade hub connecting Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This makes it a pivotal region for global supply chains and logistics.

Furthermore, participants will gain a deep appreciation for sustainability, learning how to integrate sustainable practices into supply chain operations. This knowledge is crucial as the industry moves towards greener and more responsible business models.

By joining the ASEAN Next-Gen Mentoring Program, youths will gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of the supply chain sector and be empowered to tackle the challenges of the future.

Who Should Sign Up as Mentees: Current undergraduate students or people with an undergraduate degree (less than 5 years of working experience) from the ASEAN region who are interested to learn more about the supply chain and logistics industry and would like to be future leaders in this industry.
